Graeme Kennedy

Senior Associate, Development

An urban planner and architectural designer with experience leading design and policy projects, Graeme Kennedy’s passion for city building comes from the joy he gets from building on the past to deliver better urban futures. Graeme has a Master’s in Urban Development (Planning) from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies from Carleton University. He believes that now is the time for transformational change that improves the efficiency and lifespan of the housing we are building today. When not city building, Graeme is either taking photographs, mountain biking or snowboarding.
